Error 21 on toy box PC

Anyone know how to fix this? I checked the support page At DI but couldn't find anything.

Try emailing support, is your computer meeting the minimum requirements? PC version doesn't work for me and support ignoring my emails

Tried a fresh install today but it wouldn't install the game for some reason. Kept freezing at 22 %

It used to work,well 1.0 did but it was choppy so i updated my video card and installed 2.0 and now I get the error.

It auto checks for updates,It just checked this morning.Minecraft,teamfortress,gears of war all run so It must be something going on with infinity.
